Andy is Founder of ADAP Capital LLC and ADAP Advisory LLC. Andy passionately believes that entrepreneurs can create lasting social change and has spent years working closely with visionary entrepreneurs to encourage and empower them to build authentic, ethical, and effective businesses. He enjoys learning alongside investors and entrepreneurs and seeks to build the early-stage impact investing ecosystem by aligning the right type of capital and intellectual support.
Andy, a British national, is a qualified barrister and has a Masters Degree in International Development from London-based Middlesex University as well as an Undergraduate Degree in Law from University of Southampton. Andy lives in the unique border city of El Paso, TX and crosses the bridge every Tuesday for tacos in Mexico. He has traveled extensively, working with national partners in a variety of sectors throughout Africa, Asia, and Latin America. He loves spending time with his wife and two young kids.
Dan is Managing Director of ADAP Capital LLC and ADAP Advisory LLC. An operations guy at heart, Dan loves using his strategic CFO/COO background to help organizations learn the power of simplicity and discipline to grow effectively. He never tires of working through financial statements and KPIs to identify how companies can reach their potential. He has 25 years of experience within social enterprises, NGOs, and consulting firms, and he has invested part of his own portfolio in early-stage social enterprises.
Dan holds a Master in Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford. He strongly believes that private enterprise has a critical role to play in eradicating extreme poverty. Dan, who lives in San Francisco with his wife and three kids, is a trail runner who can occasionally be found in local music clubs playing drums with his rock band.
